Why Blog?

I decided to try out the world of blogging because I think it is a healthy way to express concerns or to share some interesting facts with everyone. It is also acceptable to have a little vent or rage on here rather than taking your whole personal life to Facebook.

I come from a family whom I consider to be a little conservative. Not my immediate family, but distant relatives and so on. My mother is actually pretty cool, she has pink hair. I have green at the moment. My dad's all right. He has a funny way of showing he cares, but I know he always has my best interest at heart. I have a 10 year-old brother, and he already owns about 200 Xbox games. I have a sister as well, and the only thing on her mind at this moment is to have a baby. I disagree with her, because I think she doesn't have enough stability in her life for that now.

I am 18 years old, and I live in a place the world probably don't consider to be on the map. Reading is my passion. I still believe in the old school ways. I feel that not everything should be modernized because it makes mankind lazy. Sometimes I feel lost in my own little bubble and not in touch with reality at all. I over think things and I am really sensitive actually. I don't really socialize that much. Meeting people on a personal level doesn't interest me that much. People tend to hurt you, but I have found those worth it. Don't get me wrong, I love to chat and I have many people close to my heart that I love and adore, but I am sometimes very scared to let in new people.

I have lots of hopes and dreams for the future, and I will be vomiting my mind on here ever so often. I like to help where I can, and also give advice on everyday matters. I am very open-minded and I'd love to hear others express their opinions too.
